Beautiful day, perfect weather and then the best ramen ever!

Ramen is great, just like at the other chains. It's a tad spicier here, though. Also, no sushi bar like the one in encino

Food was good, service was extremely good. The spicy Ramen is surprisingly spicy, so don't overestimate yourself. I've cream macaroons was excellent too. Def would come back.

kopan red + squid legs. ramen was quite good and very rich. typically am not the biggest fan of tonkotsu ramen because it has a particular smell/taste and too rich so I seldom eat it but once in a while it's doable. they also got veggie ramen which is mushroom and seafood broth. fried squid legs were awesome tho!! perfectly fried and flavorful. I would've appreciated a bigger dish so I didn't have to keep knocking stuff out of the bowl. Also I think given this is a tonkotsu ramen shop, it'd be better to offer sauce (that comes with the squid legs) that's citrusy/spicy to offset the richness of the ramen. pretty good amount of squid and salad that came with it was tasty as well.

Very tasty! Broth is very hearty and good. Great price. 10.62 for this! I added spinach. Comes with bean sprouts, green onion, protein choice, seaweed. Gave 4 big pieces of cha shu! Vegetarian options available.Came on a weekday at 12, for my food in less than 5 minutes... incredible.Good portion size, I was perfectly full after :) Will come again!

It was great! The inside looked really cool and the dumplings were sooo delicious! This is the first time I have had ramen and it was definitely worth having! The customer service was good as well. I did a make your own ramen and got the small bowl and it was filling!

I had a small super spicy bowl. Great broth! Super spicy was indeed super spicy. The small bowl was already a lot. The only pity was the egg was not cut in half...残念😞

It is okay... skinny noodles.. light broth.. but it is spicy.. Overall 3/5. The charged everything for all type sides.. including ginger..

The soup base has excellent flavor. The Charsu is a little on the fatty side compared to other places. I like that they give you a lot of noodles, but a little shy with the Charsu. The staff are really helpful and friendly. I like the colorful interior. The ice cream macaroon are pretty good too. Would definitely come back.

This place was really good.

Decent ramen. Noodles are a little soft for my taste. The non-spicy broth is paradoxically rich but light on flavor. You don't get much in the way of toppings: seaweed, scallions, and pork of your choice. Anything else, such as an egg or bamboo shoots, comes extra. The sesame chicken came out crispy and tasty.

the vegetarian dumplings are great! i also very much enjoyed their ice cream macarons!

Went to this restaurant because the reviews are good, but for me the food is alright, didn’t impress me at all. However my husband likes it. That’s why I gave 3 stars.

First time coming to the Alhambra location ... I was a little disappointed that this location does not have bento plates and sushi as the Rowland heights location or Pasadena .. but now I know other than that the service was great ... and the food was delicious ..

This location of Kopan Ramen has very good and friendly services. Also, their sides such as Seaweed Salads and Calamari Rings is very delicious, and it is not expensive. However, I do believe their soup base of Ramen can be improved because it is weird with mild spicy in the miso soup base. Parking is small based on weekend so we need to park at the near plaza or on the street. Overall, I would recommend non spicy Ramen because it is better to try their soup base, order some sides because it is very good.

Very tasty ramen noodles great food and good service.

This is my Ramen spot of choice in Alhambra! It is part of a chain but the quality of brought this excellent. It's definitely more of the creamy, a bit more pork fat, and the noodle is typically medium firm. I always get spicy and it definitely has a nice kick! There are other chains like Ajisen, which is on the same level. If you want authentic, then I'd recommend Shin-sen-gumi and pricier like Ramen Tatsunoya (expect a wait), with a combination of value in flavor is enough to keep me coming back to Kopan.

Broth is delicious, very garlicky. The only thing i wasnt a big fan of was the way the pork is cooked, its not very tender and kinda bland. The Red Ramen was pretty delish, pork was the same, as the reg ramen

I walked in and they greeted me in Japanese I set the atmosphere and I appreciate that. I tried the hot sake and ordered my own custom ramen. One thing that I noticed is that they give you your toppings on separate plates so you can drop them in to your bowl how you please. The hot snake before hand was good to and made the rest of the meal enjoyable.

I meet friends in this lovely place often! This is the best place to dine. I go there regularly. The cooking is excellent, the staff is courteous and the rates are good. I enjoy going in this place for a rich lunch.

ramen was delicious here. it comes as close as japan. parking is limited to street parking, unless you park across the street in the strip plaza. quite a busy place.

The soup was great , the Survice was great , the only problem I had is the cold meat they served ( chicken breast side and chasu )

Excellent ramen! Fresh, thin noodles, terrific broth, simmered for 16 hours. Lots of optional toppings and sides available. Fun decor, graff style murals of Osaka, kaneneko, takoyaki shops. Small sake only 4 dollars! Oishii da yo!

A genuine ramen shop in Alhambra. The broth never fails and i always finish the bowl. Highly recommend getting the spicy ramen. There's so much flavor in it.

Average place... This was our first time, and was a Monday, not many people. The food was somewhat good. The mango macaroons were good.

Consistency is the major attraction at this Alhambra Kopan Ramen branch. Service and broth tastes better here than at the one in Atlantic Times Square. You can put together your own ramen with the many options available. I just go with the Black Ramen. The Red Ramen is also good.

First time having ramen and it did not disappoint. This restaurant had an amazing service team. They were very friendly and pleasant. The food was delicious and we are really considering going back before we leave Pasadena. Make sure you pay attention to their discounted price on drinks, sides and beer. It is worth trying out several items if you are hungry enough.

the food was delicious and very filling. Ordered the mini donburi for lunch and had to takeaway because we were so full. Their menu is limited but there’s the option of creating your own. price was decent and the atmosphere of the place was lovely especially the wall art.
